ABOUT KH DESIGN CONCEPTS

KH Design Concepts is a San Diego based interior design company that specializes in short-term rentals and boutique hotels.  When we began in 2019, our primary focus was to help property owners maximize profitability with unique design and attention to guest experience in the ever growing world of Airbnb and VRBO.  Our ongoing efforts to provide exceptional travel experiences has allowed us to take on larger scale projects like hotels and hostels.  With over 1000 5-star reviews across various STR platforms, our commitment to detail is always acknowledged and appreciated by our clients and guests.

In addition to completing various sized hospitality projects, we also offer residential design services as well.  Over the years, we have been able to fine tune all of our design and procurement processes to make our services available to homeowners and renters in addition to STR investors.  Our approach to residential design encompasses a lot of things we focus on when designing STR’s, but adding in an extra layer of design that would only make sense in personal settings.
